Anadolu Efes has signed with Can Maxim Mutaf from Banvit while our young prospect Furkan Korkmaz signed a deal with Banvit.

Can Maxim Mutaf’s deal with Anadolu Efes and Furkan Korkmaz’s deal with Banvit will be loan deals that will expire at the end of this season.

Born in 1991, Can Maxim Mutaf stands at 193 cm tall, and plays at point guard.

Kicking off his professional career in 2006 at Fenerbahçe, Can Maxim Mutaf played there until 2011. Signing with Mersin Büyükşehir Belediye in the 2011-12 season, Mutaf returned to Fenerbahçe in the 2012-13 season. Signing a deal with Pınar Karşıyaka in January 2013, Can Maxim Mutaf was signed by Trabzonspor Medical Park the next season. The prolific player was playing for Banvit since the 2014-15 season.

Reaching the title with Fenerbahçe in the 2007-08, 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons, Mutaf also acquired the Turkish Cup with Fenerbahçe in 2010 and 2011.

Playing for the Turkish National Youth Team and securing the third place after beating Lithuania at the U18 Young Men’s European Championship in 2009 held in France, the prolific player also had an important role at the national team, winning the title at the Mediterranean Games held in 2013 in Mersin.

Stepping on the court in 11 matches in the Spor Toto Basketball Super League this season, Can Maxim Mutaf had 8.7 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 21:40 minutes per game.

He played in 10 matches in the FIBA Champions League, recording 10.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 22:00 minutes per game.
