Player Career
PJ Dozier, standing 1.98 meters tall, plays as a guard. PJ Dozier, a graduate of the University of South Carolina in 2017, began his professional career with the NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder. He finished his first season with the Thunder’s G-League team, the Oklahoma City Blue. The following season, Dozier joined the Boston Celtics, playing for both the Celtics and their G-League affiliate, the Maine Red Claws, during the 2018–19 season. In August 2019, the American guard signed with the Denver Nuggets, and in his first season, he played in the G-League for the Windy City Bulls. Dozier remained with the Nuggets until the end of the 2021–22 season before moving to the G-League’s Iowa Wolves for the 2022–23 season. In January 2023, he signed with the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and, for the 2023–24 season, moved to Serbia’s Partizan for his first international experience. After playing one season with Partizan, Dozier started the 2024–25 season with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
In 2019, PJ Dozier was selected to the G-League All-Star organization and was named to the G-League’s All-Third Team.
