Our team started the game with the lineup of Loyd, Weiler-Babb, Dozier, Ercan and Poirier and with points from Loyd and Weiler-Babb, we led 9-5 by the fourth minute. Ercan also scored his first points during this part and after baskets from Loyd and Erkan, we finished the first 10 minutes ahead 15-11. We opened the second quarter with points from Swider and Şehmus and led 19-15 in the 12th minute. With contributions from Şehmus, Erkan and Ercan, we made it 29-26 in the 16th minute. However, we failed to score for the next three minutes and fell behind 35-29 by the 19th minute. In the final minute of the half, Loyd made two free throws and we went into halftime trailing 37-31.

Our first basket of the second half came from Loyd and the 22nd minute passed with a score of 33-41. Ercan and Jones scored in the paint to make it 37-46 in the 25th minute. Loyd then made five consecutive free throws to bring the score to 42-53 with 2:30 left in the quarter. In the closing moments of the period, we scored through Dozier, Şehmus and Loyd, but entered the final quarter trailing 62-49. In the final period, our first points came from Şehmus, cutting the gap to nine at 53-62 in the 31st minute. After a spectacular dunk by Jones, we scored consecutively with Loyd and Lee to make it 64-68 in the 34th minute. With points from Şehmus and Jones, we tied the game at 68-68 in the 35th minute. Although we scored through Şehmus and Erkan in the remaining five minutes, we were unable to take the lead and lost the game 85-76.
