
We started the game with the lineup of Loyd, Weiler-Babb, Dozier, Ercan and Poirier and made a strong start, going on a 12-0 run in the first 3:30 with points from Poirier, Loyd, Ercan and Dozier. After Lee scored under the rim to make it 26-20 at 13:30, we went scoreless for the next three minutes and fell behind 31-26 at 16:30. In the remaining time, we scored through Poirier, Beaubois and Weiler-Babb but went into halftime trailing 42-33.
We began the second half with points from Poirier and Ercan and the score was 38-46 in the 23rd minute. Following five points from Dozier and a contribution from Şehmuz, we entered the 27th minute down by 56-47. With two baskets from Cordinier, who checked into the game during this stretch and two free throws by Lee, we headed into the final quarter trailing 60-53. Our first basket in the final period came from Cordinier, cutting the deficit to five at 55-60 in the 31st minute. With points from Loyd and Smits, the score moved to 64-75 in the 35th minute. Although we continued to score through Dozier and Loyd in the remaining minutes, we were unable to take the lead and lost the game 82-71.
