
Our team started the game with the lineup of Weiler-Babb, David, Dozier, Ercan and Dessert. With three three-point shots from Ercan, we led 9-7 by the sixth minute. In the ninth minute, the score became 9-20 and in the remaining one minute of the quarter we scored two free throws with Cordinier and one with Lee, finishing the first 10 minutes trailing 22-12. We opened the second quarter with points from Smits and Lee, making the score 21-32 at 23:30. With baskets from David and Erkan, we entered the 19th minute trailing 41-28. In our final possession of the quarter, we scored two points with Dozier and went into halftime trailing 45-30.
We began the second half with points from Dozier and David, bringing the score to 40-49 by the 24th minute. With Cordinier converting one free throw, the 25th minute was played at a score of 41-52. When the score reached 41-62 in the 27th minute, head coach Pablo Laso called a timeout. After the timeout, we scored with Ercan, Dessert and Weiler-Babb, but entered the final 10 minutes trailing 70-49. Our first basket of the final quarter came from Jones and with points from Lee the score was 57-72 in the 32nd minute. Following a three-pointer from Şehmus and a layup by Ercan, we continued to score with Jones and Lee, making it 73-81 in the 38th minute. With points from Şehmus and Ercan, we went into the 39th minute trailing 84-77. In the remaining time, we made two free throws with Ercan and lost the game 90-79.
